Me & My Mind

All I want is just to hear from you

To complete my lonely days

When I wake up you are on my mind

To think of you at times and wonder why

It makes my heart feel so nice and warm

And mends a lonely heart of mine

As such in a wonderful way

You don't have to be there physically to cheer me up

By only the thought of knowing you still care for me

So lucky to know someone like you

Someone who unconditionally likes me for who I am

Now it is time for me to close my eyes

And go to bed thinking of you

Patiently waiting to be with you

In due time I will be there soon
